I will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Please note that some items on my website are handmade and/or made to order, so processing and shipping times may vary. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, regional/remote areas usually take longer.
The expected delivery times in the table below are those provided by my chosen shipping company. They are estimates only and I cannot guarantee any delivery time once your parcel has been dispatched.

Please note:
International shipping charges do not include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. The responsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees rest solely with the customer.
I am not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from my chosen shipping carrier to the local carrier or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has left Australia.
Returns
I only accept returns if an item is damaged or lost during shipment. I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return on other items, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, in its original packaging, along with the receipt/proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact me via email love@worldofemma.com. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For an exchange, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Parcel Damage on Arrival
If your order has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 48 hours of parcel arriving, at love@worlofemma.com. Please include your name, order date and a photograph of the damage to the parcel/item. I will assess and get back to you within 24 hours.
Art prints
All artworks are reproduced using a professional photographer, to capture the finest details and truest replication of the original work. Prints are professionally printed with archival inks on archival art paper.
Currently, I custom print every piece to make sure the quality of every print is maintained, therefore please understand printing turnaround can be up to 10 days. Because every order is specially printed for you, I can’t accept returns or exchanges on these orders. The exception being damages in transit.
